Shelly Guttierez has more than two decades of experience helping travelers.  She offers a unique perspective and respect for her clients’ requests learned while working as a reservations specialist and then gate agent with American Airlines.  Shelly understands all the inner-workings of how domestic and international reservations work.  This gives her the extra ability to secure the best value and time-conserving reservations for her clients.

 Shelly has experience working with large corporate travel planning services provided by American Express Travel and Carlson Wagonlit Travel.  Some of the corporate clients she has worked with directly include IBM, CBS News, Siemens Corporation, Staubach Corporation and Nokia.  She provided not only event and large group arrangements, but also immediate day-to-day travel arrangements for their employees.

Shelly’s years of experience have made her an excellent and imaginative problem-solver.  She knows how to uncover deals when booking airline, car rental and hotel reservations.  She has put these skills to good use in successful corporate planning services for small and large meetings and events worldwide.
  

Shelly and her husband are passionate supporters of organizations that help orphans around the world and are the happy parents of an adopted baby boy.   Shelly also played competitive softball for many years and continues to play for fun today when she has a spare moment.
